If anyone else loved some good food like i do, i am sure there are some too that love it but then do not really have the time of day to start making a whole long recipe ,i mean a have nothing against good long recipe’s but hey quick and easy is the way forward.
I made this easy brunch one morning, it took me no less than some minutes. Now all you need is some eggs, and potatoes, and a little bit of veggies just to make it healthier. First dip fry the potato chips or wedges how you like them, i prefer cutting my own potatoes against buying frozen fries, and then on a separate pan, pit some oil and fry some onions, carrots, green paper and tomatoes cut in cubical shape, and then if you like me love spice, add some black pepper and a little lemon and aromat if possible, leave it a minute and then break the eggs on the mixture o not steer and then let t steamer on for a few minutes, until the cow-eye egg is looking ready… Serve with fries and TADAAAA !!!!!
